DSAMT Inclusion/LRE Training

Special education attorney, Jessica Salonus, and DSAMT's Director of Policy and Advocacy, Erin Richardson, explain your child's right to be educated in his or her least restrictive environment and discuss strategies for advocating for greater inclusion of your child in school.  This three-hour training includes a detailed review of IDEA's provisions related to least restrictive environment, a review of recent case law regarding this important right, as well as strategies designed to help you obtain this right for your child.
